Meet Patrick Dettmers. Patrick has been at our R&D department since 2015, developing new products for electrical vehicles. Patrick started out as a student at MTEE, graduating his master thesis in Mechanical Engineering from TU Delft, on the topic of gas turbine engines. Afterwards, he continued working at the R&D department applying his broad knowledge on gas turbines and electronics. “I really like the autonomy I am given at MTEE. At the R&D department I have the freedom to keep experimenting and to combine my interests in electronics and mechanics”. MTEE is specialized in developing and producing turbochargers for all brands of passenger vehicles in Europe, but we are also busy transforming our company to meet a future demand for electric cars.
